Our Team

Geoff Strobeck

Geoff Strobeck was born and raised in DeLand, Florida, a small town just north of Orlando. He graduated with a Bachelor's of Political Science History from Florida State University before moving to Washington D.C. to work on the Committee of Transportation Infrastructure. Geoff relocated to Boston in 2012, where he decided to dedicate his career to real estate, a passion that he has fostered from a young age while growing up around his family’s real estate business.

With almost 10 years of experience, Geoff is well seasoned in the process of buying, selling, renting, and finding investment opportunities. He is a skilled negotiator who uses reliable market data strategies to ensure his clients get the best deals. Geoff’s expertise is exemplified in his numbers as just last year, he had 29 transactions and over 27 million dollars in sales.

Dave Antonell

Dave Antonell grew up in the Boston area and has lived in Massachusetts his whole life. Dave graduated from Gordon College with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and soon after completed a Master’s degree in Education. He worked as an educator for 10 years before making a career change and becoming a real estate agent. Dave has always had a passion for real estate which he inherited from his father who has made a career in real estate development.

Dave’s clients describe him as a wealth of knowledge and an encyclopedia of real estate. As a life-long Bostonian, Dave provides his clients with an inherent market understanding along with an unmatched enthusiasm for helping them lay roots in the state he holds dear to his heart. Dave harnesses technology by studying data and sharing it with his clients in cutting-edge ways.

Morgan Antonell

Morgan Antonell is known for her ability to juggle it all with poise and grace. With a competitive spirit that thrives under pressure, Morgan is a driven, warm, and unwavering advocate for her clients.

She began as a transaction coordinator for the team, where her exceptional attention to detail and deep knowledge of the intricacies of the back-end of the business quickly shone through.

While Morgan excelled in this role, her innate talent for sales and her extraordinary ability to connect with people on various levels made her a standout representative for her clients.

Dana Bull

Dana caught the real estate bug in her early twenties, investing in homes across the Boston area. Drawing from years of hands-on experience, she developed a niche for advising clients on ways to maximize wealth through real estate. She firmly believes that buying, selling, and investing well has the power to change your life.

As part of the Strobeck Antonell Bull & Co real estate group, Dana helps people like you think big about real estate and back it up with meaningful action that drives results. Through client representation, 1:1 consults, and online courses, she offers a variety of ways to ensure you’re making moves with confidence.
